Converting Manufactory sat nav to tomtom

Hello I have a range rover 05 Model the factory fitted sat nav is not very good, does anyone know if I can install a tomtom or similar software to the car or integrate a device so that I can use the fitted screen rather than an extra device?

Have a look at Alpines Vehicle hub system, not sure if they have an adapter for the RR but this was developed for this purpose.
