Itinerary Help!!

This is doing my head in, any help appreciated. I have added 2 itn files into the itn folder on my tomtom. They show fine on the pc but for the life of my I can't get them to show on the tomtom, it just says 'no itinerary found'. I have a Tomtom Go 520. Cheers.

Try the folder with only one .itn file in first, rebooting the unit and trying again.

Also what is the source of the .itn files? Were they pre made downloaded routes, or have you created them yourself in third party software eg google maps conversion etc. If the latter, and depending on how your computer is set up, make sure they are actually named "xxxxxx.itn" and not "xxxxxx.itn.txt" which might mean they show up on the pc ok, but may actually have the wrong extension... if you see what I mean!?!

If still having problems, try creating and transferring to your TT a route created using the excellent free utility TYRE. Then you can be confident of having a correct format file in the correct location.
