Tom Tom route planner on their website.

Hi all, Tom Tom have a route planner on their website.Tried it yesterday.Anyone who knows the area it was from chiswick London W4 to Ruislip ,west london subburbs.Whatever time you put in ,including morning rush hour ,it took you up the north circular,a complete no no.I had been thinking of a tom tom live but if the same software is in their sat nav units I would be mightily fed up!!.Has anyone tested this ?

I've never used the web one, but the one I use in the car takes me on different routes depending on the time of day (i.e. M6 Toll at peak times, and M6 in the middle of the night).
