Wanted - current Met Police driving instructor

I'm ex Met Traffic. (Left last year) Not an instructor but I was a Class one Advance driver. I've done assessment/demonstration drives and whilst in I used to do Bike safe assessing.

A couple of thoughts-

Any current Police instructor working 5 days a week at that task is unlikely to be that interested in giving up their free time to do more of the same...

A lot of Police Instructors don't have an ADI qualification, which makes doing paid instruction, in theory at least, an illegal act. It's not been tested in the Courts as far as I'm aware, but I doubt a serving copper would want to be the test Cass for that, and I know of one former PC who used to kck up a fuss if he turned up for some driver training, even something off-road if he didn't get an ADI for his cash.

There are a couple of really good, recently ex-Police driving school instructors out there...

I have considered the information that you have provided previously and for reasons that I have not posted I'm still looking for current driving instructors. I am looking for some information re the training provided and may have a proposal for them that they may (or may not) be interested in. Thank you for your comments, Tuscan Rat and StressedDave,

Seems like a business proposal to me. You are aware that individual PCs cannot make commitments on behalf of the Police force.

Why not join the IAM, RoSPA, etc, etc. They might be more interested.
