That is a big headed statement.
And quite insular, what about Scottish, Welsh or Irish drivers? People tend to be quite protective about their driving skill, criticising some peoples driving is like telling them they are rubbish in bed...

Umm, no. Not if "average" is being taken as the usual mean, rather than the median.

Remember, the "average" person has fewer than two legs.
