IAM Xmas discount - is this a good deal?

The IAM put there SFL price up to £149 a short time ago but now offer 10% off for XMAS !!

Leicester group are adding to that for the first twenty 17 to 24 year olds who pass the test - they are giving them each £50 cash back

I think that brings the cost down to £84 if my maths is ok

The Gloucestershire group currently refunds £25 to any under 26-year-old who completes SFL and takes the IAM Advanced Driving test. This is in additional to any IAM discount offers.

I believe the Bristol group have a number of full refunds of the cost of SFL for young drivers.

Yes - we're lucky that one of our examiners works in the Road Safety department of one of the local councils, and managed to steer some funds our way before times got hard.

As a result, anyone under 25 who lives, works or studies in the South Gloucestershire area is eligible for a full refund when they pass the test.
