I know some of you have done the carlimits course at North Weald.

I was wondering if you bought the DVD beforehand and how much value it provided.

If someone has one excess to requirements and wants to swop for some beer tokens pls let me know...

I have the DVD. I thought it was "ok". Good as a reference point, but didn't teach anything particularly new.

Worth getting, for sure.

I have it - could be interested in a swap as I can't learn by watching DVD's...

It covers what Andy covers on the day, so it can help you get up to speed quicker, so to speak.

Did the course yesterday and I'd say that yes, you can't really learn by watching the DVD. If anything I found it more useful watching AFTER doing the course whilst it's fresh in the mind.

CarLimits/Andy's course was top-notch btw. Would recommend although it'll leave you wanting more...wish I could sign up for a solid week's worth...

Haven't watched the DVD, but have done the course. And it was really really good.

I have just come back from my second session with Andy and I still want more more more.
All the things learnt during the first session were reinforced and practiced with more sideways lock than I dreamt I'd manage. Happy days.
I will be booking another session for sure !! Bought the DVD too and will feedback when I get a looksee.

Just watched the DVD which refreshed everything Andy taught me.
I'd recommend anyone to complete a day or two with Andy and then buy the DVD for reference.
