""So what's the PH verdict on this?""

Just my personal opinion...

When he dies, may he not take anyone with him.

I wish he'd invest in a camera mount.

As it is the moving of the camera about, gives the impression of speed even when he's just trailing traffic.

Most remarkable thing seems to be that you can spin an average if poor drive into a "lethal death lap of his personal North Wales race track". Journalism. It's not about telling it how it happens.

Certaihnly didn't take a number of opportunities for easy overtakes. is the driver wearing a seatbelt?

Funny!

The driving wasn't dangerous, he didn't even attempt to overtake half the time when he had the chance. He maintained a good distance back from other cars in front and if anything I would say he was using the cars performance fairly sensibly.

The only thing he really did wrong was to record himself going at illegal speeds.

Indeed! It's unbelievable :/ Sounds like the article was put together by a MLM or one of those 40 in a 60 types

About the drive itself, saw nothing wrong there really aside from like Lee said, recording yourself and giving the exact location etc is a tad dumb lol. But hey...

Looks like it has some form of stack dash in it, I guess if he ends up in court he can always claim it was set to Km/h instead of mph hehe

As many others have said though, there wasn't anything dangerous about his driving. Not perfect (who is?) but better than a large proportion of the numpties who stick religiously to the speed limit.

Awful article. Emailed them about it.
Driving wasn't great but in no means moronic as article makes out.

Pretty sure that was a Motec ADL. tongue out

Pretty unremarkable, was expecting some crazy chav putting everyone on the road in danger with dreadful and reckless driving. Not worth mentioning in a conversation, never mind making it front page news!

Wow, just like my Sunday drive back from parents over the moors in a 120bhp diesel, but with less overtaking hehe

Seems he only goes over 100mph through that dip which is well sighted, and then the rest 'looks' ok (can't tell as the woman can't hold the camera still), I think it's the commentary and ignorant remarks that make it sound bad.
