I'm looking into joining the IAM but was wondering which group would better suit me. I believe they operate in different ways and have significantly different sizes.

Lol, I know the groups exist and have contacted their respective people but just wondered if there were any PHers in them. I'm quite young and am worried I won't fit in if a group is full of OAPS.

Well there's OAPs that do a good impression of being stuffed shirts, and then there's OAPs that don't, and you can't always count on the youngsters to be of youthful outlook. It's all a bit of a lottery actually.
