Recommendations please: DVD with AD commentary

Me and the gf have both done Advanced Driving courses, but want to get better so i am looking to get her an Advanced Driving DVD for xmas ( no thats not all i'll be getting her !).

I am particularly interested in one which has lots of in-car commentary - both in town and on country roads, plus practical examples of using 'the system' a la Motorcraft.

Any recommendations ?
