I remember hearing on the news a while ago that the Highway Code has been ammended receintly and a few more laws passed. Does anyone know what they are? Ive been onto the official government site for the Highway Code but its difficult to find what im looking for.
1. Stare constantly at your speedometer, chanting "think of the children!" 2. Glance in your mirror occasionally to see how many children you've run over.

If one doesn't know what 30mph feels like just by the feel of the vehicle, then perhaps one should learn. Granted, swapping between unfamiliar cars is harder, but surely it only takes a mile or two.
I can see my speedometer clear enough to see if it is rising whilst looking at the road ahead. Maybe if you can't it would be wise to walk to the nearest police station and hand your driving license in.
