Cheers. I thought it was a training technique or something.

Yes ... they are a great bunch of guys smile

Did a day with them with the MLR last October. There are a couple of threads with feedback and photos on that site ...

Also went back to do a one to one with Colin a while later, which was even better!

No worries mate smile

There is also a video shot on the one to one I did with him here ...

Youtube has squashed the quality a bit, but it will still give you a flavour for the day/Colin's ability biggrin

One thing that isn't obvious from the video is that Millbrook was wet on the day this was filmed!

Ive been on one of their training days. Colin is very good and pretty thorough. Going to go back and get some one on one training this year. Give them a call, apparently they are booked most days between now and end of March.

Was it just me? I saw the title and instantly thought this should be in the P&P next to the Caturday thread. biggrin

As you were...sorry for the interruption.

Mick, did you do the 1/2 or full day? Good video, but what car was Colin driving. There did not look like a lot of run off on the Alpine, or handling circuit. Thanks again.

I did half a day with Colin. This gives you around 3.5 hours driving altogether.

The car is my Lancer Evo IX GT (tweaked to around 400/400). See my profile for an external pic smile

There is absolutely no run off on either of the tracks mentioned, but CAT's whole approach is to start slowly and build technique. I didn't feel on any point during the day that I was being pushed into anything beyond my capabilities (which is where this differed from a few other DT days I have been on).

Millbrook is well worth visiting if you haven't been before, and I can't speak highly enough of the tuition provided by Colin/CAT.
