Compared to your Wildcat heads, yes no contest. Not even in the same league I'm afraid, but to be fair, the V8D heads weren't in the same price bracket either.
By my crude measurement mine are 50mm and 42mm.Apologies all, feels like this is turning into a "mines bigger than yours" contest!

I think my Buick 300 heads have 1.75in inlets and 1.5 exhaust valves. The ports are huge, the inlet manifold had to be welded up and opened out because the ports in the heads went up higher than the standard manifold would cover. The Rover inlet manifold gaskets wouldn't go high enough either, so we used P76 ones.
Hi All
Been a veiwer and a Chim owner for many years but never posted. So here goes. If Else still looks at this post can you tell me where you got the alloy pipe made up for the twin plenum set-up? Its just what I've been after for my set-up on the Chim. Or failing that if anybody knows of a good fabricator to copy whats in the pic on this post, please let me know.

Just been looking at those head pics again .. I think the engine's been built back to front those exhaust ports look like they'll flow better as inlet ports than the inlet ports will. Next step might be to have the heads made with the inlet valves and exhaust valves swapped, and the inlet manifolds on the outside of the heads and the exhaust manifolds running down the centre of the vee
And I'm only half joking!
