Yep, it was all the way across just about and it has lingered for ages.......We've not had any significant rain since first week in March.
Now all of a sudden it is clearing off.
Some blockage further downstream cleared??Now all of a sudden it is clearing off.
Eek! My wife's skip people carrier has broken itself and she's borrowing my C70 tomorrow. Will she notice that I've had the rear bumper fixed? Will she notice that it's got new tyres? Will she notice that the rear wheels have been refurbished? Will she notice that it's currently got a chavvy induction kit on? Will she notice I've spent far too much money on a car which is 14 years old and is about to go past 160,000 miles?
Oh well, if she does I'll buy her another handbag and promise not to spend anymore. While having my fingers crossed of course!

My 850R estate, always had a fondness for them since TWR took them racing in 1994, eventually got this one as a second car so I can keep my Impreza as a toy, had it about 6 weeks now and can't see me moving on from it, it's brilliant, 18 years old and although it has a few gremlins all the only major thing that doesn't work is the odometer which I'll be fixing next week.
And after both cars were treated to a good clean

That's a beauty, Rich.
Thanks it's been owned by enthusiasts since new and I've got bills for everything, really has been no expense spared to keep it in this condition though the last owner had left some things after they broke - the drivers sunvisor, rear luggage cover and the odometer, I've replaced the visor and the cover, as said before the odometer will be sorted next week, I'm wanting to keep it in as good a condition possible like I do with all the cars I've owned. Also managed to get hold of some original wheels (Volans) which should be delivered this week too. Got hold of two genuine TWR badges too, very rare now as discontinued from Volvo.y2blade said:
She's lovely Rich
Any interior shots?
Sadly not just yet, I didn't think to get any when I cleaned it. I'll take some next time the sun is out it does have some aftermarket mats that I don't particularly like, I'd prefer OE accessories like that but they keep the carpets clean.Any interior shots?

Rich, check back a few pages for Martin's tip about blacking up the plastic bumper trim as well.
Then a few more pics please once the wheels are on.
Haha yes! I need to sort that too. I know about the heatgun/hair dryer thing but I'll have a look back thanks Then a few more pics please once the wheels are on.
I'll get the pics of the interior and when the wheels are on as soon as

£4000 in 3 years on a 209500 mile ex-plod car My missus has given up moaning and just demands I don't spend out on any more big modifications. Although, there's a lot of things I can slip under the radar as a "service" part Oh well, if she does I'll buy her another handbag and promise not to spend anymore.
