Volvo V70 2.0d - Post '07 Reliability

Hi All,
Looking for some opinions on this particular model (I think it's a MK3) that a family member is looking at. I had a MK2 some time ago so aware of some of the common issues there, also the D5 was a great engine but I really don't know much about the long term reliability of the 2.0d unit. I would be looking at a higher mileage unit, opinions and experiences welcome...as always they look good value compared to the 2ltr diesel units from BMW/Mercedes, not bothered about the badge as they are looking for a general workhorse around the £5-7k mark.
