How do I fit XC90 rear lights?

Dummy here managed to reverse my Merc ML into my daughter's XC90, right rear to right rear. Big thump, both rear lights smashed.
Merc one was £25 on Ebay.
Volvo main unit was £85 from a Volvo breakers, plus £20 for the fog light bit that is in the bumper.
Rear fog light fitted in seconds, no problem.
But try as I might, I cannot for the life of me see how the internal trim comes off to get at the screws to fit the main light unit.
Has anyone any advice for me please (apart from "look where I am going")?
