Interior Heating Issue, C30 - Help

2011 C30, interior heating has suddenly stopped being pumped out the vents. Also, directional control has also been lost. I suspect a motor or a mechanical piece that opens a flap for hot air to blow through the distributor has jammed or broken? Also, blown air will now only come out of the dash vents, not the floor or windscreen. Air con is working fine but again, no heat when requested. Water system pipework going to the exchanger/distributor is piping hot, no obvious air locks etc.

Any suggestions? Known fault?

I'd get the heater flap motors reset first to see if that fixes it. Main dealer or decent Indy should be able to do it
