A few weeks back I hit a very large badger at fairly high speed. Stripy bd jumped out the hedge right in front of me, didn't even have a chance to brake before impact. Other than badger swallowing the fog light and screwing the bumper and undertray, it also bent the radiator and snapped off headed and the gearbox oil lines. I stopped sharpish but the oil lines were dragging on the floor for a fair way.

The gearbox has now developed very harsh gear change which it has had once before, remedied by flushing the oil. More concerning is it also randomly selects no gear at all and leaves you revving the nuts off it. Stopping and restarting immediately sorts it, but that's not best in the outside lane of the motorway...

Is the 'box full of neutrals a possible symptom of crap in the oil as well - is flushing it again likely to solve it, or is that not a symptom of oil issues? Deciding if I should scrap it or spend on it as it has a few other issues as well.
