I always mention PH to work colleagues and friends telling them about the fountain of knowledge the users of the website have and how they are really helpful.
A work colleague has asked for help with the issue below can the PH users help out in anyway?

Used genuine update discs for Sat Nav. They have corrupted the sat nav which will not come on now. It has also stopped voice control working. Main dealers are stumped but know that it is corruption on the update discs although the suppliers deny this. Need to know if anyone has a fix just to get it back working – not bothered about updates and wouldn’t even attempt it any more as it takes over 5 hours!
