2002 Volvo C70 parking sensors

Hi,

I have a 2002 Volvo C70 with rear parking sensors (believe they are a factory fit).

One of the sensors is faulty and i get a constant beep now which is kind of annoying when trying to park but it does make you park up nice and fast.

Anyone know how i can disable the parking sensors until i get the time to fix them?

Later models had a button on the dash but mine doesn't have this.

I know on V70's there was a control box in the boot where you could deactivate them.

Should be the box in the boot, behind the cubbyhole panel somewhere. I intend to have a look at it too, to set the volume and distance on the beeps.
