D5 - Glow Plug or Injector?

Hi,
My new/old s60 d5 is running well, but with the recent cold snap up here it seems to misfire a bit on start up.
Previous owner took good care of it and replaced one injector which is common.
Its like its one cylinder down until warmer then its absolutely fine and doesnt do it again. I wonder if that might be more like a glowplug ?
I have noticed the light takes a while to go out on the dash, more so than on other cars.
Volvo have spotted an injector seal leak which they are fixing tomorrow, is that likely to cause it?
Any help would be much appreciated!
