as above , just ordered some micro mesh as i need a flawless black finish to use my alclad chrom over

any tips on how to use it best

Doesn't need to be wetted. The 12000 grade will produce quite a shiny finish used dry.

does it clog at all ? if so can i wash it clean again or best blow the dust out of it?

I haven't found clogging to be an issue to be honest. However, it can get stained when sanding painted surfaces which can then be a problem when rubbing down other colours.

I might trying giving my cloths a wash.

Work through the grades using plenty of water. My instructions with the official kit also say to alternate between horizontal and vertical strokes as you move from grade to grade.
