Waterslide decals are pretty straightforward in a regular inkjet printer, stickers a tad harder sure to more accuracy needed in cutting the outline.

I have put my order in today for all 2H launches, Advent Calendars etc etc - I was quick so very confident I will get stock for launch.

I have gone fairly heavy on the Technic stuff, so I cannot see any reason why we cannot put something together later in the year. So give us some time and then myself and Pod will get a list going to gauge interest etc (no need to fill this thread up with it.)

Its a good range, lots of nice stuff coming out, need a bigger warehouse.

Yes that's how my industry works my friend! Is a pain in the arse, you have to invest in products and hope the manufacturer pulls through, advertises the products and the kids like it!

At what age do we stop being kids. At 45, I'll be buying the GT3; my second Lego model after the F40!

Second Lego model??

I am the wrong side of 55 & I have dozens of Lego kits (my 10 year old son has his collection of Lego which numbers in excess of 20 kits!!).

Always buying the stuff even though SWMBO has told me I can't buy anymore. I now have all of the Lego Speedmasters kits & even bought a Creator Rally car kit last night, cost me £7.00!, simply because it looked like a rough copy of the 6R4.

As for this year's amazing looking Technic kits, Russy is going to have a lot to answer for cos i am blaming him!!!

Gentlemen, a gentle reminder that Mrs Russy also has a nice line in ladies things (no, not the vibrating ones hehe )

Not really interested in the Porsche but why not the Tractor?

The conversation I had with Russy was around the big two models. Demand is expected to be high for the flagship models, whereas it is expected to be a bit less for the 42054 Claas Xerion 5000 TRAC.

We hope to offer it as a bundled model. We are talking about products that are due for release in August!

I won't put my name down yet as chances are I'll have other things I need to spend money on, and I need to catch up with older models.

Is the tractor not a "big model"? It looked big enough to be a flagship in the video.

I may be wrong (would need to check with russy) but I thought the tractor was in the £100-120 region, rather than £180 or £250 for the other two.

I thought so as well. The thing is the Porsche is obviously artificially high in price because of the licensing. It's not that big a kit

Typical Porsche tax. And yet still the only 911 I'm ever likely to own.

Now we can all have a GT3RS
It looks HUGE - probably 300 euros or so.

Discussion thread for it

Also, the new bucket wheel excavator with over 3700 pieces could be interesting......
This could be a very expensive year, the Porsche and Bucket Wheel look very good. But, I also like the look of that Volvo wheeled excavator, any more details on that?
It's friggin' massive!

Tractor is £120 RRP and the Volvo thing is £80.

I will have plenty of stock of those and will be able to offer you a deal no probs. However I am interested in rough numbers on the excavators and Porsches as the value of these will soon add up considering cost will be ca £200 for the Porsche!

Wait until you see the options list that Lego will be contractually forced to adopt. "Ooh! You want STUDS on your bricks, Sir? That'll be a further £80 and will have to be combined with HOLES at an extra £130. HOLES add lightness and are a special RS option."

So in the usual Porsche fashion, we give you less and expect you to pay more for it?
