What is the Sakura like? Thinking about getting one as an upgrade from my TT01. My sakura in the pic has had every upgrade worth buying they look nothing like that standard I've spent around 250-300 on upgrade.
There is no better for the money though and just upgrade as skills improve.
If you want the best though you can't really beat the mst chassis unless you spend mega bucks on a overdose vacula.

My HPI Sprint
and my Xray T2 with a replica of my mates full scale drift car, that he had a couple of years ago
T2 memories what a great car that was, got one the first day it came out and won a lot of races with it. Fantastic car really well built and had some really good ideas behind it. and my Xray T2 with a replica of my mates full scale drift car, that he had a couple of years ago
Never had a drive train so free on a car before or since that = beast
Love looking at the articulation some of these crawlers can get, and the detail ive seen some people put into the them is crazy, with the right picture they can look very real.
I was looking round on various Rc shops online late one night and i discovered that Losi has released a 1/24 mini Truggy, luckily i havent been paid yet, but when i do i think i might have to buy one for my "son"

Hah, small world!!
I bought it second hand on a tamiya cc01 from someone on the ms forum in November and have made a. Few small changes, added a windscreen and a tamiya rally interior so far. How long ago did you have it?
I got it about 3-4 years ago in a box of assorted parts that included a TL-01 and an S2 Elise shell for my TT-01. I never used it as it didn't seem to fit anything I had. Never thought to try it on a CC-01 as I had a Pajero shell for it already.I bought it second hand on a tamiya cc01 from someone on the ms forum in November and have made a. I sold it to someone on tamiyaclub maybe 18 months ago?

Here is my R/C collection.
2 of them I race at my local club.
Schumacher Supastox, with lotus Elise shell. It is running 3.7V lipo with 13.5T sensored brushless motor. quick as 4wd touring cars!
Losi 22 off road buggy. fitted with 7.5T brushless motor. very QUICK.
my 10 year old HPI savage SS, which now savage X spec with different motor/tyres. my first ever R/C car. It is very loud! Has telemetry fitted so I can see RPM and engine temp on my transmitter. the engine goes to 25k rpm...!! could be higher once I changed the exhaust pipe.
My Tamiya Lunchbox with double wishbone conversion, and 3rd spring mods... So it handles very nice with wheel remain straight in full range of suspension travel. fitted with 17.5T quite slow brushless motor for longer run time.
I got a r/c helicopter but that's unfinished project.
