I can imagine it will fetch that money quite easily, to be honest they are going up in value all the time, the AutoArt are better than the SunStar with out a doubt, l own 3 Sun Star Escorts and countless Auto Art models and there is a very obvious difference in quality, it is simply that Sun Star make models that Auto Art don't hence why l buy them.

Had lots of 1/18 Porsches in my time, but they've all gone due to space constraints.... except my all time favourite model which sits on my desk:

Nice one Gareth!
Thanks buddy, still mucking around with the RS's! lol!

Hows the ST going?
Actually, it is going like a fecking train right now, and the average mpg on the dash display is getting higher which is strange! You'd think with the slightly warmer weather the car wouldn't feel so quick but it just seems to push me harder into the backrest that it used to in every gear recently. It's done nearly 6.5K miles now, so perhaps just loosening up a bit.

Just got it back from the bodyshop too, some eejit decided to use the back of my car as their brakes on a drizzly Monday morning a few weeks back. £2.3K to repair my car.

Anyway - to get back on topic, just purchased two new Otto Models this evening - Purple E34 M5 BMW, and to go along with my ever-increasing old Ford collection, the white Escort RS Turbo. Should arrive mid-week next week, they are coming from Germany.

This is most of my 1/18 collection.

Have also got a really cool Otto 205 Rallye but that isn't pictured yet...

Some good collections on here.

I am partial to the Autoart signature series, the detail is fantastic (unlike my photography). I really ought to get some proper photos of them.

But I do have a couple of others

Autoart

Hotwheels elite

As well as a few cheaper bburago's that I've had for years.

Thanks!

Would love to get some more but the expense and the fact I've filled my display cabinet makes it a bit more difficult! Got my eye on an Otto Clio Williams but the price they go for is horrendous.

Anyway, here are the last 4 including my fave the Rallye.

Got my first Exoto model off of EBay. It's in a different league to the Burago models I have from years ago

Can see this being very expensive.

Thanks!

Some (genuinely) rubbish photos of the new E34 M5 by Otto. Lovely detail (and perfect camouflage for blending in with the wallpaper).

Complete with Kyosho E60 M5 and E63 M6 (the M6 will have to make way for the arrival of next months E39 M5)

Finally got the Andy Priaulx E46 Touring car to complete the E36/E46/E90 Touring car shelf.

So I had my Otto E39 M5 delivered, lovely quality really nice model. Unfortunately no camera, pic next week.

Have a shelf in the cabinet which is exclusively M5s - E34 (Otto), E39 (Otto) and E60 (Kyosho).

It's a Truescale(TSM) Porsche 935 K4. It's a sealed resin model which is a change to TSM's usual 1:18 diecast

it was produced in 1935 after he broke the world speed record of 301 MPH !
It belonged to my uncle James who was killed in the 2nd World War.

Im Getting on now, and have no-one to pass this on to.

Thanks for all the positive comments.

My most recent addition: McLaren F1 GTR long tail.

Pride of place with the 2002 turbo and E30 M3

Should also mention I've recently won this on ebay:

Looking forward to displaying this next to my FINA short tail F1. smile

And to continue the McLaren F1 addiction I've also won this chrome Maisto model for very little money as it was missing its original box. Apparently limited edition with a wooden plinth. Anyone know much about it?

Will be interesting so see how it compares in quality to the UT models.
