How difficult is it to remove the tampo print from a 1/18 UT. I have done a couple of 1/43rds & the paint comes off aswell.

Been collecting minichamps E30 m3's for a few years now and have five 1\18, just recently though I have got in touch with the owner of minichamps and he has made two copies of my own vehicles.

That is awesome, how much more than rrp did they cost if you dont' mind me asking?

had a look on their site and they don't do E46 coupe 330s in blue nor subaru imprezas.

Will need to go buy a car that they do have biggrin

I was put in touch with the owner and I emailed him my spec and he made them for me. The 1M cost around £100 plus the vat and the E30 was Double as they had to use a complete model and re-spray and then add my bits.
I can send Max a email and see if he would be happy to do any more. Send me your email address and I will enquire.

I would certainly be interested especially at that price.

Does anyone know if there is anywhere from which spare parts are available for U/T 1/18 scale models? I purchased a model of BMW Z3 M Coupe (Cosmos Black)last year. I did manage to get the model a little cheaper because it had one door mirror missing (RHS), would be great to get this missing part to make the model complete.
Alternatively anyone any good at fabricating such as small part?

Find a 1/18 scale plastic kit (built or not) for a Z3 would be my advice.

Are 'Laudoracing' 1:18 models any good? I'm thinking about getting a model of my first car, and they seem to be the only people making a black Fiat 127 Sport.
Thanks!

My little collection, fell in love with the proportions of resin models compared to autoart and especially minichamps white metal models. Though i have to confess detail may not be up to standard which is okay by me since these are on display only. They are alse quite reasonable priced

My first models bought in 1999. All three made by Maisto. The jag suffered a one meter drop when it was two years old resulting in a cracked windscreen and bent A pillars and door frames. Tried to correct it as best i could, ended up being the first and also last model i tried to modify. Originally light gold, painted it graphite with gloss black wheels and chrome trims, inspired by Arden Jaguars.

The model that revived my collection spree in 2008. Anson Saab 900 cabriolet, panel gaps large enough to drive throughsmile

Any clues/ideas on the best place to sell a collection of 19 Autosport Awards models (1996-2014 set)?

Would add a photo but don't know how....

Google 'automobile memorabilia shops' and phone them. Or E-bay.
