Little ones of the big ones!
Discussion
This is my very first car, £650....happy days!
I also had a white TR but can't remember the reg number nor do I have a photo of it, so the little one has the plate it came with.
Some of my Ford range;
Little one
Big one, real sleeper this one.
This is 1/43 still looking for a 1/18
Big one
Little one, unfortunately I cleaned the screen of this and it went cloudy tried a few things to clear it bit to no avail.
Then there's this,
Little one!
The engine went into an Ultima CanAm, I have the model but unlike the big one I still need to build the little one.
I still have a few more to collect,
Mk1 Escort Estate in white, think I'll struggle with that.
Series 2 RS Escort (pictured with the S1 above)
Escort Cab in white S1 look alike
I had various Fiestas but no photos of these, wonder why...
Focus ST500
Bikes that I have previously owned, would like to get models of them as well but I think I'll struggle with them also.
Honda Goldwing 1200 Aspencade
Suzuki Cavalcade 1400
Yamaha Venture Royale 1200
Triumph Tiger Sports Cub

I've gone the way of buying a model in the colour of the car I owned and then another one in light blue. This was due to the first one I bought, a 1:43 Alfa 156 being light blue, then finding a MK 1 Panda (my first car) in both the exact colour mine was and a light blue. I just need a 1:43 black MKII Panda to match my current 100HP and my collection is complete. I had to bend the rule s a little for my old Punto, couldn't find a light blue MK1 so had to get a Carabinieri version. Pics one day.

Still like to know how to do 1/43 scale numberplates?
I think it is a great little touch.
https://www.minichamps.de/index.php?s=1&a=1&am...I think it is a great little touch.
This is how I do mine, through Minichamps, you buy a licence plate pack, which gives you 10 codes. You enter the code on the minichamps website and you can create a set of number plates perfectly to scale (you choose the scale 1:43 or 1:18), these are then generated as a pdf which you can print off, cut out and stick to the car.
I found that if you print them on photographic paper they look very realistic as they have bit of stiffness to them, and you can save the pdfs so you can print as many sets of the same reg no. as you want in case you cock it up!
I found the code packs online through a UK supplier, but I can't remember where now, it was £4.99 for 10 codes so only 50p per set of plates.

Thanks for the link, but it has to be silver, can't quite work out if this is only offered only in white, but for 46€ might be worth a punt?Edited by Graham-P on Friday 18th October 22:22
