The Parisian restaurant was only launched in 2014; I think the Pet Shop is the next to be withdrawn.
Ah, ok. I noticed the release date on Brickset only runs up to 8 Jan 2015 and put 2 and 2 together. I didn't have it so bought it yesterday to be safe.CRA1G said:

Bricklink and at shows, although not many shows at the moment, they get going later in the year.
When and were are the shows..? Presume theres alot of retired models..? I'm looking for the 10197 Fire Station..! Just missed a boxed one on the bay for a snip under £200...If people want anything in particular, just put a quote through and mention who you are on PH and i will see what i can do, it will depend on some things how much i managed to get them for in the first place.

I think it was Alan who built one, i was thinking about it but couldn't get any 42000 on 3 for 2 to get hold of alot of parts needed and now they are retired.I was a bit Lego obsessed when I was younger. In a build and play without it way, once it was together it never came apart. To the point where once there was too much for the floor it went on shelves.
Anyway, Mum and Dad have started clearing out the attic at home where all the sets sit (still built!!) and the first boxes arrived in:

I have a similar story to that, not quite as happy memories as yours though as in my mind it signified the point my childhood ended.Anyway, Mum and Dad have started clearing out the attic at home where all the sets sit (still built!!) and the first boxes arrived in:
I too had lots of sets, plus stuff I'd created myself, in my grandparents attic. One day my two 'best mates' came round (I was about 10-11 at the time) and after we'd been building stuff for a few hours they decided, for reasons I'll never know, to go batst fking crazy and trash the lot. I watched on in dismay as they just destroyed everything that was built and left a sea of lego all over the attic floor.
I was livid. They left and I angrily stormed out of the attic and I never went back up there again in about 22 years. The lego sat there scattered all over the place for about 15 years until my grandfather boxed it all up and gave it to my son.
First time I went up there again was last year when I went hunting for minifigs and pieces I couldn't find (specifically all of the pirate sets I had) in the box my grandfather had boxed up.
I just found out about a new Lego magazine for adults, it called Blocks and seems to be widely available in supermarkets and newsagents. I've had a flick through it and it seems quite good, although there does seem to be a bit of an emphasis on Star Wars sets, which are of no interest to me. Still, I hope the magazine does well.

They have a range of articles, one had a large starwars influence, one had quite a bit on hobbit sets. I think the designer is talking through the massive AT AT over a number of issues as well.http://www.blocksmag.com/
