Yep, love that.

Does it have any functions?

Needs Marboro stickers/decals! Oh, and the Boss one along with the driver surname on the airbox/roll hoop...
That one magical name under the Boss logo.

Senna.

You read my mind...

I'm sure there's a few on here with the ability to knock up some decals or stickers - I seem to remember Red Leicester had a waterslide printer?

I'm currently persuading the missus to let me make one!

Edit - if using Windows, can you use the 'snipping tool' to generate jpgs, then something like publisher to achieve the correct scale?

I'm using an iMac rather than Windows.

The only way I could get a print of the bricklist was to do a screen dump of that page and paste it into Word. I could do a similar thing for the sticker page, thats all I can think of.

Then trial and error to get the right size...

I want that MP4/4.

Seeing as you need your TV back on the cupboard I am claiming first dibs on it!!!!

Failing that - from where did you get the plans?

What's the view on Benny's Spaceship? Worth picking up at nearly half-price? Argos have it as clearance stock at £42 and there's one in a nearby store.

I had a load of classic Space Lego as a kid so it's tempting on that basis alone. Shame my mum and dad gave it all away when clearing their loft :/

Bennys Spaceship is very good.

My 9 year old son bought one for himself. I am not allowed anywhere his Spaceship so I guess I need to buy my own - off to Argos website right now!!!

Do you have a link or catalogue number as an Argos website search draws a blank.

What you got Russy? I might be up for some, full set off the Lego website was a bit expensive, about £200 if I remember correctly

See the link below. It's not on the website - you have to use the automated stock check phone number to check your local stores.

Store codes are in another link via the link below. Or the code will be the last three digits of the branch's phone number.

Benny's Spaceship is just over £50 at this moment on Amazon, so I've done that rather than spend hours trying to find stock at Argos.

I have given up with the stupid & annoying Argos system. So I too will be buying it from Amazon.

Nice, simple & straightforward.

It's admittedly not as simple as one or two click buying from Amazon but trying to track down last season stock at Argos branches isn't that hard. You just need the item code and the branch ID codes for your 3-4 local stores you want to check. I was able to check 6 stores within a 10 mile radius of me in no more than a couple of minutes.

Granted, a saving on £10 on Benny's Spaceship may not be that much of an incentive to forego the ease of Amazon but it does sometimes pay off. I picked up the UCS X Wing recently for £110 by the same means.

Screw it, let's do this!

I'm still waiting on 10 more parts but let's see how far I can get before I need one of them.

I'll be using LDD files for the build and I know from personal experience after building Slybynight's Concorde and SR71 that it can produce some pretty bizarre building instructions. With the AT-AT being a far bigger an complex model, I'm not expecting an easy ride.

I'll be starting with the feet (subject to missing parts)

What parts do you have missing? The feet were really easy, if I have time I will do the legs to go on them at the weekend. The building instructions were really easy to follow.

No local stock for me - so Amazon ordered along with 2 more Lego Movie sets (to go with the 5 other that I have stashed away) :-o

Its not available to order for the 2nd half of the year. The people who love it and want it have most of it by now...they'll move it along to allow another license to come in.
