I've just ordered the Lego Palace Cinema for my wife for Christmas, so I guess that's me doing dinner on Christmas Day then as she'll be busy building it all morning.

Good effort! cool

I'm trying to build up the train part of my city and could really do with a dedicated Lego room like that. Most of mine is built up in storage boxes and I have to rotate between castle/star wars/city & train or it takes over the house.

Santa brought me this - it's a cracking kit. Took me about 4 hours in total over a couple of days.

Spurred on by this, I bought, returned (after pangs of guilt) and then subsequently re ought the R2D2 big kit today. Just finished a couple of mins ago. Perfect for my man cave/study and it had 10% off at Argos today!

Built up the AT-TE on Boxing Day followed by the Airfix ICE - which may I add was a complete sod using the self tapping screws.

On the way from Edinburgh to Poole I stopped at Meadowhall to get some Lego Friends for my daughter at the Lego store there. A 10225 R2D2 slipped into my basket as I went to the till. Oops!
My first big Lego set since I bought the VW camper van when it came out. Will post some pics when it is completed.
