Evening Gents,

It looks like the mini-me (6yo) is going to ask the man in the red suit for a Millenium Falcon for Xmas. Quick query if you don't mind - how different is the new one (75105) from the older (7965) one?

Also, any advice on where to buy from?

Cheers

Not sure of the differences between old and new, old is discontinued now so silly prices if you can find one.

The new one is cheapest on amazon, £117, I got 3 for 2 from Argos, but I think that offer has finished now.

They did. I think it's near to release though as lego are teasing images of it at the moment smile

I will be getting Dr Who sets, RRP is £50 with a launch for 1st Dec. But they are going to be very limited, so expect that RRP to go out of the window.

I ordered several thousand but am getting a fraction of that - so if you want one Id look to pre-order when you can! I can probs put some aside for PH'ers but dont expect a big discount or to be able to buy several...

Cheers.

I'd be very grateful if you could put one aside for me. Not worried about any discount, you've saved me a good few quid already this year smile

There's a couple of fixes for the neck; one involves rebuilding the neck with a few more parts talked about here:

And here's that fix on my Wall.E, all the bricks were ordered from Bricklink. As you can see it's very neatly done, "legal" and as the pics show his head will hold at quite extreme angles.
