Me!

Along with a city and star wars advent calendar - which the kids won't mind if it turns up a few days 'late'.

Advent Calendars -who are you kidding? They all sold out weeks ago (to give you an idea of their popularity we sold 100 Star Wars per day in September!) - you'll have to pay £5-10 over the odds on eBay/Amazon now...

As per previous reply when the sets were announced, count me in thanks Russ!

Bugger. However, having just told the kids they seem fairly sanguine about it. Perhaps they weren't as keen on them as their mum and I...

It would appear an 'interested party' had a wee look at what was in my package from you Russy as there's a tear in the box so someone can see what's in it. Obviously didn't like what they saw as it arrived!

Give me some credit! These sets are a couple years old, id have to run a complete sthole to have these hidden away! Plus if I did they'd be in my attic waiting for another 5years wink
Boo! At the moment I'm only collecting episodes 4/5/6. If you had anthing hidden away I'd certainly be interested.

I buy to build and not to sell on, some of my collection - currently working out where to display it

My Precious,
I really like some of that ultra agents stuff, there is a car set that looks like the car they use as a getaway vehicle in Tron Legacy.

May peruse smyths. I would order online and get my VIP points but it takes ages for stuff to turn up i have found.

I got the Star Wars Force Awakens tie fighter at the weekend, was a nice little build and makes a sturdy model, though tad pricey for what it is, but that's star wars licence for you.

The Ultra Agents HQ Truck is quite a decent set as well, I've seen it at well below RRP in places too which makes it great value. I like how the truck itself has bullets to shoot and can come apart from the HQ itself.

Bought myself an Ecto-1 in the Buchanan Galleries shop in Glasgow yesterday.

They still had at least 5-6 left on the shelves.

So that's an Ecto-1 and F40 away with Santa now for xmas day biggrin

Ultra Agents was a complete flop. Clearing a load of it at the moment and have stock on Auction 1 piece at a time...have about 150pieces left so nearly all gone!

I've put bids in on a few items, a couple are already out bid but 6 still stand, probably wont win many/any but at least you'll get a bit extra for them.

They have some nice parts in, buying large amounts of bricks is surprisingly expensive, so breaking sets you get cheap can get you some interesting bits for a good price.

Always interesting opening up some random bags and sorting out what you get.

Yes, i noticed some militaryesque greens in there which would be of interest to people of "that" persuasion ;-)
