We have had a VW Camper and now a Mini Cooper. What would we like LEGO to make next?
I think it will be either an American, French or Italian car as we have had German and British. Personally a Citroen DS would be amazing. I don't think they will do anything too exotic as the VW Camper and Mini aren't.

If it's the model I'm thinking about, I'm pretty sure it was one submitted to Lego as part of the CUUSOO scheme, in the hope it would get picked up and produced. I don't think anything came of it though. The thing that the Beetle, Camper Van and Mini have in common is that they're iconic and instantly recognisable even to someone with no interest in cars. If there's another similar model to follow, I'd guess the same basic test would have to apply.
(FWIW, the Landy would be in with a shout on that basis, at least IMO. There's probably a decent case for a 911 too, but I suspect that's just too "curvy" to do justice to in Lego)

Blu ray for scale I thought it was going to be bigger. I cant work out how to rotate the image on my phone.
That is disappointing, especially for so many parts. However, still comes down to how much fun it is to build for me between that and the X-wing.Blu ray for scale I thought it was going to be bigger. I cant work out how to rotate the image on my phone.
The SSD and Death Star took ages and both look awesome and were fun to build. But the F1 car (42000) was a lot more fun than either of those, with less build time, less parts etc.

lot of people have said the Fairground Mixer is good fun and it can be motorised as well.
Tower bridge is on its way out if it hasn't already been stopped.
The modulars can be good fun to build, and look great. Give the Palace Cinema a go, it looks great when finished.
Certainly something to think about then.Tower bridge is on its way out if it hasn't already been stopped.

On the technic thread a chap has bought the instructions and managed to get all the parts from Bricklink, if I'm not mistaken it was over 600 quid.
However, the quality is stunning. Accurate steering rack ratio, full gearbox, diffs, everything.
Probably the most impressive technic set I've ever seen.

My Lego room is coming along nicely.
It feels satisfying to have all my Lego paraphernalia in one place finally!
Plenty of room for storage, lots more shelf space available and space enough to expand when I want to.
Happy with that
