Wow, that's a beast. Certainly more interesting than having a coffee table in the front room smile

I assume you fly it, or at least intend to?

Maiden flight today for those that are interested.

Throttle curve needs setting, exponential on elevator needs tweeking up and a little more down movement is required for bottom of out side squares. Ailerons need a about another 5%-8% movement and probably around 5% more expo. CofG is to far forward.

However.....what a beautiful plane to fly. smooth, precise with plenty of power. ESC log shows max current was 90A and I pulled 2378mah from a 4.5 minute flight, so I reckon 8-9 minutes is achievable and considering the conditions that's pretty good.

Max temp was 32 degree's although I guess this is the ESC temp? Max RPM was 7210 with the 20X10.

Avalanche's were clean, stall was predictable and spins were easy to start and precise to stop. Slow and four point rolls were lovely although the first attempt surprised me with the rudder power and authority, may well pull that back a bit. All in all pretty damn good considering all the grief the aeroplane gave during the build. Be nice to get it out on a decent day now!

Short movie of it? It probably will hold a small camera man.

Ill try to get some footage at some point if you're interested. Wont be for a week or so though.

Could probably mount a Gopro, (if I had one!), in the cockpit area.
