Hot Wheels or Paul's Model Art / MSc Collection

Hello chaps,

Currently expanding my Ferrari F1 car 1/18 scale collection, there's a couple of options when it comes to early Schumacher cars, Hot Wheels and Paul's Model art Michael Scumacher Collection, question is which model is best?

What are your opinions?

I collect Minichamps models in 1:43 which also cover the early Schumacher cars.

Mattel did cover the Ferrari cars including Schumacher's from 1998+ although the quality is not as high as the Minichamps.
I believe they held the Ferrari Licence that has just been handed to Burago.
Minichamps also cover Schumacher's later Mercedes cars in 1:18.
