I 've used Jadlam several times for my model railway bits and bobs and have bought rc cars from them. They have always never failed to deliver. They are a good company to buy from.

Yep been buying from russ long before he started the lego deals - Never had any problems.

He is running a very successful, busy business and so it is to be expected that some things will slip through. As is always the case the very few negative comments always shine brighter than the thousands of positive ones.

I too put my name down for the Dr Who set, but didn't look like Russy was going to be able to do anything, so ordered direct from Lego. I seem to recall he said he would try but couldn't promise, but that may have been a different deal. Don't really see what the problem is.

I ordered a load of stuff from Jadlam in their Black Friday offer, had one small problem. Couldn't get through on the phone, and had to try 2 email addresses, but it was sorted quickly once I made contact.

I have had far more trouble with a large on-line company who now use their own logistics company.

I have always had good service from Russy, unfortunately that has resulted in me spending way too much.

I bought a couple of Tamiya RC cars for my kids off Russ before Christmas. Via messages on here I told him my budget and he recommended buggies that were well below, then with the cyber Monday deal they were even cheaper.

He could have had £400 off me, in the end he got about £260.00. Anyone who talks me out of spending more money than I need to gets a thumbs up from me.

I've ordered a couple of plastic kits in the past, pretty good price, fast delivery. No problems here.
