Paypal was a pain last night, out of our control... However to top it off, our whole checkout is powered by Braintree (which is a Paypal company). So...that explains you not being able to pay by card also.... Anyway looking at it closer it was fairly isolated and didnt affect many people...

BIG NEWS! Stock is here, however annoyingly the 42055 Box is massive and about 2inches thicker than the 42030/42043 box, so the warehouse are scratching their head on how to pack them without using mammoth boxes that cost £2 each! We'll get it sorted...

Should all leave today providing the other half of the delivery arrives (they needed 2 lorries to bring it down).

We should resurrect the PHer of the year award for Russy ! I was honoured to receive this award many years ago in the very early days of PH for doing nothing worthy like this (and gutted the Ex-wife disposed of them during divorce).

The logistical effort, the generosity of discount, the top manners.....this is what makes someone a great PHer.

I nominate Russy :-)

(Order completed...and bank account weeping on Lego purchases) :-)

Many thanks to all involved for setting this up. And special thanks to Russy.

Haha, I dont need an award, but thanks for the gesture! Whilst it sounds like a huge amount of work to you from the outside, its what we do for living. e.g So today instead of sending say 1000 orders we just sent 1150... Dont get me wrong I have to buy in a bit more stock etc, but its no major hassle - I am thankful for your continued support.

However I must admit it has been bit of a mad rush as the 2nd lorry only just arrived about 30mins ago, so we've had a couple guys unloading it with the driver, whilst another couple have been ramming them all in boxes before DPD leave the premises.

Either way, the vast majority have now left the building. If you have ordered this afternoon its possible that yours hasn't left - this will go on Monday for Tuesday Delivery.

Besides, i have eyes on a new Scalextric set for my garage once i've made some space.... !

Second email received and second order placed! My mate was offering me all sorts to buy mine off me yesterday so was very pleased when I said I could get him in on the deal.

Thanks again Russy.

Just noticed you're also offering the Mercedes lorry...Have already ordered and paid for the 911 - would it be okay to order the truck separately?

I've just order the wheeled excavator. Dipped out of the Porsche I put my name down for. It's just not doing it for me in orange without motorised functions.

Thank you for organising again Russ.
