Help - Falmouth Working Boats (or similar)

I'm getting married in October, for the seating plans I want to build (or buy and Modify to be different) Falmouth Working Boats as the table centrepieces / identifiers which will then be the gifts for the Best man / Ushers and a couple of other people. (Their topsails are different colours)



I have had a look, but not seen anything really appropriate. I'm looking for something 12" long 18" high or thereabouts, and not too much money (I guess I'll be looking for 8 or so of them).

Has anyone here got any ideas on sources... ?

Something along the lines of the ready built ones had crossed my mind - just need to track down somewhere a bit cheaper than nauticalia!
