Dream House shipped the item to hong kong DHL and now they contacted me asking for documents of the price the item, i send it and in my order the item doesn't have ship cost so DHL want me to pay +23% off 285€ because the ship cost isn't declared. And just not that i will need to pay extra tax because of the import.
I sended a message to Dream House asking for the document that they payed for the shipping cost if i dont receive that document, i need to pay arround 65€ just the value of the shipping cost + import tax in my country.
Can i still cancel my order if they refuse to give me the document?
Or any otherway arround to get this past from DHL?

I don't understand lepin pricing. The creator modular buildings like cafe corner etc are generally around 50 quid. Which is less than half original price of any lego modular buildings when they were first released. Yet the genuine lego tecnic tractor claas xerion 5000 is currently around £90-£110 new, whereas th lepin version (model 20009) is also about 95-odd quid. So who would buy the lepin version?

People in China/Asia. Over there Lego is very expensive and you can walk into a shop and buy Lepin without high shipping costs etc.rickie1223 said:

Did you follow the Lepin instructions or download Lego's instructions. I ask because you say your impressed with the quality, and I have to say the opposite on this occasion, clutch is awful with many heavy pieces hanging from 2x2 plates, the only way I can see it staying together is with lots of glue! That said I've clearly gone wrong following Lepin instructions, so much so I've just given up on it at 90% complete as I'm so fed up of trying to reattach the bits that keep falling off. I'll give it a few weeks and try again following Lego's instructions.still got the millennium falcon and the star destroyer to build
A note about the Lepin "shooters" with their Star Wnrs sets.
The springs in them are not as strong as the Lego ones so they do not work nearly as well.
I just ordered a bunch through BrickOwl and they were very inexpensive so I have just swapped them out.
I would imagine, if a person could get the proper springs, you could just pop the Lepin ones open and then put in the much better springs.

Hi everyone just completed the green grocers from h&h very impressed only 7 2x1 dark green missing.
just a quick question who do you guys order from on aliexpress i:e h&h,dreamhouse etc and what is there packaging like as
h&h send in cardboard box and i did not have to pay import duty,it would be interesting to find out who you would recommend and any trouble you experienced.

This set was the first to arrive, and I built it as soon as it arrived. Well packaged, with bubblewrap, it was the first contact with Lepin, and in my opinion the quality was very good, much better as Enlighten. Perfect instructions, no parts missing, and no quality problems. In my opinion is by far the best ship ever designed. Perfect.

This was the second Lepin I built. It is a very nice set to build, with a lot of parts for its size. The final result is very nice, and in internet there are instructions for alternative models. No parts missing, but there were some quality issues, the stickers were not perfect, the windscreen are not 100% transparent, they are like “dirty”, and the grey pieces of the bumpers have issues. Very happy, a nice buy.

This is a legendary model; I send fotos compared with other enlighten trains, and a yellow original model, and side by side you don’t know it is bootleg. The instructions and stickers are good. Only 2 parts missing, a 1x1 plate without stub, and the transparent piece of a window. About quality issues a magnet is not very strong, a plate is slightly bended, and the minifig's suitcases doesn't close properly.
This has been my only presell order. When you order presell, you have to extend the preparation time, to give more time to the seller to ship your order. If you don’t do that, the order will be closed automatically. In my case I had to make two time extensions. After that, the order became in “shipping” fase. There were no news of the order in more than a month, and the shipping number didn’t worked. I sent a message to the seller asking about the order, but I never got an answer. Just a week before opening a dispute, the order came. Happy at the end, but not with the seller.

Review The order came pretty soon. I haven’t got time to build it, I plan to build it in summer. The book is impressive, and the pieces look good quality. What I do before closing the order is print the last pages of the original instructions, where there is the part list, and use it to check for missing parts, and quality issues. I don’t count all the pieces, only that the pieces shown in the book are in the bags, without need to open them. It is not a system 100% accurate, but with it you can see if you have all the big pieces, and there are no bags missing. In this case there was a problem, there were two main parts missing, the “ship ladders” that go in the rear. I opened a dispute asking for 50 euro (which was a lot, but I wanted to “force” the seller to send the pieces, didn’t want the money), and almost lost the dispute. At the end, I asked for 25 euro, sent a video justifying my reasons, and won the dispute. I preferred the pieces, but at least I got the money. The seller had good prices, but didn’t answer the call, so I put it in my “black list”.

Review Well packed, not in cardboard but more like a “movie – drug – package”. Fast shipping. Missing pieces: a lot, maybe ten – twelve, most of them were 1x2 plates. I replaced with my inventory in places where they were not seen. If you buy this set, at first glance you will think you only have 4 canvas pieces, not the 8 needed, but that is because they are “stick” in pairs. The model is very nice and big, impressive, but the building process is a bit repetitive. About the quality issues, in this model they are important. The blocks are all right, but the wheels are “plastic” not rubber, with inferior quality, and the motor gets stuck and doesn’t have the same capacity as the original brand. All this added to a faulty design (even in the original model), results in making unable the carrousel to turn. Although this problem, I happy with the model, but the inferior motor quality makes me forget of buying motor – technic models.
