Who did you order the UCS Falcon and SSD from (see my previous post as to why)?
I ordered from 'Gelida Trading Co Ltd' but someone mentioned previously that they've changed their store name.

I've come across some missing bits sadly, although on the bright side they're the 2x2 smooth top slabs so they're not holding up the build, just means I'm missing a few decorative bits.

Hoppum...many thanks. How wide is it overall too?
Approximately 60cm.

Thanks Hoppum - any idea what the new store name is? Can't find any reference to it in this thread?

Here you go.

Gelida Trading has renamed its store as RR Toy Station Store - I got a message with a link to the new store, as the saved link to tthe order page no longer worked. It still has the Gelida name at the top of the storefront though. They're listing it at £142.98 including "free shipping" now.

Thanks. As it happens they still list as Gelida Trading too. Just opened a dispute with SusenGo (or rather, SusenNoGo) and placed with Gelida. Hopefully with more success! Shame the don't offer with a box, but as it's not a 'proper' box anyway (PVC which is what SusenGo offered), I suppose it makes no difference.

Annoying I just waited 6 weeks for nothing! frown

Stig I ordered from SuSenGo Toys on 15th and received 5 days later so not sure what went wrong with yours. I ordered the Millennium Falcon 75105 and Creators Cafe Corner 10182.

The difference is that those sets were already out. I ordered the UCS Falcon and SSD (05033 and 05028). They have failed to send either in the 6 weeks I've been waiting. Stock is obviously coming through now, but their lack of comms has irritated me to the point of raising a dispute. Took my business elsewhere (and competition was cheaper!).

I know it's not a for sale thread but does anyone want to buy my falcon (not ucs) as I got a bit trigger happy and shouldn't really have bought it. Unopened. Already in U.K. I think it cost me £55 so sell for £45? Inc postage

I had loads of pieces over at the end and would be pleased to help you out FOC if I have the ones you need.
Thanks...that's very kind. I did actually find some more pieces, so the only bits I am missing are the angled black piece at the corner of the rear bumper (they gave me one more of the smaller one so that's bodged in for now), an 11 hole black beam (as it happens it's for the dashboard and a 13 is actually a nicer fit) and the slopey smooth piece from the front indicator (missing). TBH it's close enough as is for me.

So it's all finished and I did really enjoy building it...combination of childhood nostalgia, Porsche geekiness, engineering interest and also knowing I've done it for far less than the genuine kit. So yeah, I am quite tempted by the UCS MF...thanks for sending the measurements guys.

Some pics. The other orange GT3 RS was spotted in TK Maxx (£4), the white one was in Aldi and is radio controlled (£8) and the silver one that definitely is not an RS came off Gumtree for less than a genuine UCS Falcon...driving

Mine's stuck at East Midlands airport - the DHL tracker says that, as of 3.30am today, it is being held pending clarification of goods value and that DHL will attempt to contact the importer for further clarification or proof of valuation if required by Customs.

No-one has contacted me yet. Sigh.

Gelida have advised that the Disney Castle was delayed in launching as Lepin decided to launch the Star Wars stuff first instead, they expect to ship in the next week or so.

Sounds like someone at DHL has got suspicious.

Especially if someone opened a package to check it's contents and believed it should be £100's in LEGO in a large box with a low value on the import slip.

But the argument is it's not Lego as there is no Lego logo anywhere on the product. Therefore it is just plastic bricks compatible with Lego, and hence of very low value. Surely ??

Potentially. Although there were two other guys who had ordered from the same seller and whose shipments were on the same flight. One of them got a call asking to confirm the value as it was released for deliver without further issue. The other guy is still waiting, like me.

I'll have to see how things progress. I'm not jumping to conclusions just yet. Could just be inefficiency.

That one one day after I placed my order? Did you get any tracking info other than the original (invalid) DHL number?
