If anyone is in the market I reckon this would be a cracker, certainly going by the optional spec !

Yup, I think that's a better buy than the ex-press/national demo car that is also up for sale at the same price.

It's a shame it doesn't have the lightweights - which are a "must have" on a V12VSM IMHO, but not everybody would agree with that so...

I don't normally like a black interior, but that one is lovely.

To me that's the best looking V12VSM I've seen yet. I'd really like a go in one as the novelty gearbox intrigues me and if it's right it could be a worthy successor to the DBS (assuming mine appreciates massively!!).

Oi!!! furious I'm sure you mean the second best V12VSM you have seen, after Kermit!!! wink
Just kidding, I realise not everybody is not quite a mental as me when it comes to colour choice!

The spec is rather nice - I've just done a quick tally up and it's £155k at full RRP for that spec. If I had been choosing one of the SP+ pack colour combos I'm not sure I would have short listed Skyfall with white graphics, but it really does look good. Much nicer than the china grey and yellow, which may well have been the combo I would have been more drawn to.

Back to Kermit - only 2 weeks now until he is road legal! bounce

So have these lost £20k already or is there deals on a new car?

Well both cars are listed used and ex-demo, but the China Grey car is the factory demo and its been round every journo in the business and been sideways on every track in the UK, so not surprising that it's marked down more than a little bit. Not a car for me, but I'm sure there will be a buyer out there somewhere.

As ex-demo cars these prices look about right to me compared to comparable SSIII ex-demo cars, so no shocks really, given that brand new dealer stock cars command a discount against RRP and ex-demo command even bigger discounts.

And yes, there are deals on new factory order cars to be had - you just need to ask, so the "loss" is nowhere near as bad as it might seem. wink

What is perhaps surprising is that there are some dealers who havn't sold their first stock allocation and thus are selling it now as ex-demo. Maybe there won't be that many V12VSM's sold in total after all?

Hehe, thanks but, well I've cheated a little, I'm actually taking delivery on the 28th which is my birthday, then driving it home on trade plates (have to be accompanied by staff), and then after 3 days of polishing in the garage I will be able to take him for a blast on the 1st Jan, well that is assuming I don't consume too much bubbly on the night before!

But if you fancy coming down and taking a look on the 28th, or even going for a blast out somewhere on the 1st then drop me a PM as I'd be up for that! smile

It's a good price and nice car but with you on the lightweights Adam, they are a must.

Also, I really don't like those white decals on skyfall. Ruins what is a nice colour.

Leeds, but I'd be happy to head in any direction really, although northermedia is NE of me. All the better if we can get the three of us, 2 blues and a green would indeed be an epic! tongue out

Amazed the China Grey car has only done 2k miles if it was the demonstrator I drove. It seemed to be out and about all over the place. Perhaps they had more than one??

You are right, - I've just looked back through my pics and the China Grey V12VSM demo car, which I also test drove, had 15k miles at the time and lightweight seats, therefore it must be a different car, albeit otherwise almost identical in spec.

I was thinking the same. I like this car.

Like it - but it needs the lightweight seats.
