Needed some sports tshirts/other stuff and I saw that website has got them dirt cheap, I realize that their £3 tshirts isn't going to be the same quality as some £30 nike ''super duper special sports tshirt'' but still wondering what's the quality of their clothes like? Better than primark/sportsdirect which is pretty low level to beat or worse/same?

bks. I appreciate its "trendy and cool" to slate them. But it's simply not true IME

Nike and Adidas stuff (the performance stuff, not the cheaper end) is actually pretty good. It lasts, doesn't deform from washing. is more sweat resistant and wicks better.

I have several Nike Running tech t shirts and they last forever. Same story for Adidas and the shorts I own.

Even their £100ish trainers last a good length of time. I have some Air Max 360's from 2006. I use them for odd jobs etc Going to the dump, clearing up etc. But they aren't dead yet! Though the sole is pretty worn out it's not holed. The air unit is still OK too.

Yeah same for me.
I buy my/my kids trainers from Nike/Adidas/Jordan (delete as applicable)

I buy bags and other things from surfdome.co.uk

For my son's ski trip:

75% decathlon.co.uk (base layer, socks, etc.)
10% tkmaxx.co.uk (jacket, mid layer)
10% surfdome.co.uk (gloves, trousers)
5% sportsdirect.co.uk (snow boots)

Nike Invigor (£60) aren't worth the money. 2 months of use and they're shot. Bought some Salomon Fellraisers and they're a beast.

Agree with the above - you do get what you pay for and I wouldn't bother with any brands cheap 'entry level' shoes.

The cheap Decathlon jumpers are good though..

Decathlon is very good for the basics. Cheap, good value and items do last. Training for a half marathon and always buy their base layers, and shorts.

I wouldn't buy their trainers but if you wants cheap and cheerful then you can't go wrong.

Yeah shoes are one thing I simply won't buy cheap- well I will wait for some good offer so the good ones costs the same as regular ones & than I will buy them but still cheaply made shoes are false economy.

Anyway thanks for heads up about that store,

paid £19.75 and ordered 7items.
-some warm running jacket
-synthetic hat for less sweat
-some ''sports'' synthetic shirt again for sweat
-fleece jumper
-some gloves
-belt
-6pairs of socks

at this price I'm not really sure yet what I can expect to receive biggrin
hopefully it's not all bad.

I regularly buy shoes from them and always return and buy the same model, to date over the years I have probaby had 8 pairs and they are always good, don't fall apart and continue to hold their shape and look good and I abuse shoes.

I also have NIKE, Timberland Addidas etc.

So no I think they are generally good quality, as has been said on here elswhere why would they not make good quality when they clothe the sports population of France.

Visit on or two of their stores in Europe at a weekend and see ✋️

I tend to get a lot of my sports clothing from there an generally it's pretty good stuff. For the cycling clothes I avoid the bottom of the range stuff as it's a bit crap, but it's dirty cheap. The ranges tend to be numbered such as 100,200,500,700 - the higher number the better quality but more expensive (but still cheaper than branded clothes).

Well got my package, looked a bit small once received. However... who said their clothes are good value for money?
Everything I received seems worth about 2x less than I paid for it ( and I bought one of the cheapest/discounted stuff).

Pretty much everything has got weird sizing/shape to it, the material quality feels sooooooooooo cheap and thin and badly sawn together that it's not even funny.
I usually get Size S, I got for everything size M having read that you must take one size up, Wrong.. should have taken size L or XL , what the hell... Hands on everything are so short as well..
These clothes seems like are made for fat midgets with short arms- do they have a lot of them in france?

I got 7 items, and honestly not 1 of them felt ok- I have to say even Primark makes more quality clothes than these.
It's built for the price and don't be fooled you are getting a same shirt for less, you are not.. You are getting 3x less quality for 3x less price.

Now this is what You call Proper TAT! Waste of Earths resources.

It is complete tat! It doesn't really matters what's the price of a product if it's a complete tat, it will still be a tat however much it costs.
Just because it's cheap and has a form of the item doesn't means that it's good value for money , when there's no value to begin with biggrin

There are tons of reviews, including in this thread where people say it's such a good quality clothing for the price, and you get such a value that I thought myself- oh wow that's cool, but the reality is you get what you pay, In this instance- you get even less than you pay.
My whole wardrobe consists of cheap £2-£3 primark tshirts, compared to this stuff- they are just the best quality stuff there is!

waste of earths Resources in my book!
Shame I have to pay to return this junk.
