Looking for a number of sample support / service contracts that I can manipulate for my business.

Ideally I want to offer a sliding scale of services depending on the level of AV / IT install and support my clients need, ranging from £35 - £150 a month.

I have found an on-line one to manipulate, but looking for some real world written and used ones I could plagerise.

Can anyone help.

I'm in the same boat. Would you mind another PM?

Providing a database support and consultancy service. I'm moving from being a contractor to a service provider and hopefully picking up more clients in the process.

I've drafted an outline 'contract' regarding response times, service levels and related charges but need to take it further.

Feef,

If you are offering hardware IT support, like me, then a look at Domotz for monitoring networks, very clever little boxes.

May be we could look at each others work to help refine them.

Can't see a Pm option on your profile, could you PM me and I'll call you today, I might be interested in commissioning you to write one for me / the industry.

Software, not hardware.
