Let me guess, absolutely no fixing "tabs", all edge-to-edge joins?

I've taken to using a little tissue paper soaked in PVA on the inside of the joins to make them a little stronger

Should be OK then. The trawler I built just had railings around the rear and foredecks.

Yes all edge joins, but seemed to attach ok. Good tip using tissue for strengthening joints
