Came across this and want to replicate it, but can anyone help with the Lego parts to be more specific than "gear reducer". I dont really need any more than is shown.

Worm gear

The axles used for the worm gear to handle on the roof are obviously length dependant on how tall the building is, just search for axles and you should find different ones.
Edit: the one in the 2nd video is pretty much the same, just used the other way around
