My latest RC - Vatarra Twin Hammers kit
Twin Hammers by MBBlat, on Flickr
Transferred the brushless motor from my Wraith, which has been re-powered with a sensored motor. I'm not overly impressed compared to the Axial models, for a starter there are no spare screws provided at all, its already on an upgraded spur gear and I cannot get it to shift into top gear.
I liked the look on this kit a while ago. In the end I just bought a thunder tiger mt4 G3. Great fun and apparently bomb proof but I broke an arm on its second outting. Twin Hammers by MBBlat, on Flickr

I was thinking about the mt4 g3, but i am worried that this http://www.ttamerica.com/ might mean parts will no longer be available. Any thoughts? Edited by Jamesgt on Sunday 25th January 00:09

Went to the toy fair at Donnignton today, came back with this! My first GT Spirit model and I have to say I'm impressed, very well detailed and the colour (Amethyst) is fantastic. Will post up a few more pics if anyone is interested. [/footnote]
They are very well done: I've got the M3 they did recently, the detail is stunning. It's not a finished model, and it's not finished in itself, but these little 20mm Oerlikon cannons were a fiddle. They have a turned brass barrel and pedestal, with photo etched brass hand wheel, cradle thing and breach block which also includes the ammunition drums and sights. There are 20 of these on the model. Next up is the 8-gun Pom Poms.
