Looking for a UK based decent website to offload several Minichamps 1:12 bikes and a few 1/18 cars (Autoart/Kyosho/m'champs etc)

Don't really want the grief of eBay.

Any suggestions guys?

I collect Lamborghini models mainly from Minichamps, AutoArt & Kyosho, and just about everything I buy these days is off ebay. I'm not aware of any other decent places to buy models like these. I wish there were other outlets.

Hi Mate,

Send me a list and pictures of what you have and we'll have a look. (We sell models)

Cheers.

With respect, a trader isn't going to give me market value for obvious reasons. But unless you want to buy 17+ bikes and 16 cars for eBay prices value wink

I fear that I will have to eBay them or try selling them separately through owners club sites. I can see the F1 cars getting binned as they probably aren't worth anything. Regardless of the boxes being present.

Cheers for the links guys. I did look on eBay and was amazed at the prices for the Lancer! Well over £150 on average! Sadly a lot of the Rossi bikes have been re-released. Cheers Minichamps! rolleyes I will stick them up slowly over there as I get round to taking some half decent pics.

Sadly for "thebigmacmoomin". The Escorts are "modified" so not original The white one has road car wheels, interior in it and the stickers are a bit scratched. Pronbably only good for someone else to modify now. And the RS500 is one of the few I want to keep.

Modified is fine. Just depends on price.

Diecast Central is the UK collectors forum but you need to leave 50 posts (to deter business sellers) before being able to buy and sell. Scale 143.com is US based but has several UK members. It might be worth placing an ad in Diecast Collector Magazine. To give an idea of values the 'completed items' area on ebay is worth checking. Summer is not a good time for selling and it may be better to wait until November and hope for pre-Christmas interest.
