7.2v batteries

Hi,

I have just bought an Anderson M5 motorcross bike. I need to get a new battery but don't know if make/price makes a difference to performance. I was thinking of 3800 mah but not sure what else to look for?

Just spoken to Schumacher and apparently you need to use the stick type lipo, not the square edged. I havent looked inside an Anderson yet but it may be worth measuring the amount of space. Ofter a little dremel action opens a chassis enough to allow the smaller square lipo's.

If you need a hard case stick Lipo HPI do a reasonable 4000 Mah one that isnt too expensive. If you dont need a hard case lipo then our far eastern friends are about 10% of the price http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/7-4-V-4200MAH-30C-Lipo-Li-po...

When my local club get the off road track sorted I'lll be joining you with one of these. Look great and if the video's are accurate then they are more than capable off road.
