....would anyone be interested?

Cars only at this stage, and a small charge would need to be paid.

Just curious at this stage smile

What type of cars are we looking at? On or off road? Nitro, petrol or electric allowed? Would have implications on indoor or outdoor venues. At a race track or in a field? etc etc.

Off road is my thing, both nitro and electric.
Do you have a location in mind?

moto arena isnt really ideal for off road. They are looking at an on road / indoor off road track (if that makes sense) but the outdoor off road track isnt up to scratch.

I'm an on road guy until i can get a mid motor conversion chassis for the RB5.

Whatever you come up with if it's south / SE i'll be there.

Agree, looks impressive at first but the outdoor on road track looks a bit short and the offroad track looks badly designed. The indoor on road track however looks very nicely finished.

Indoor track is good. Decent area upstairs with the simulators and scalextric as well.

The cafe serves good food and coffee that isnt from old chipped mugs. Quite pricey for a race meeting but ideal for gatherings.

Depending on where it is, I'd be up for bringing my race spec Hyper 8. It would also motivate me to fix it! whistle

Definately, just depends on where?! Midlands would be great wink

Venue wise, Ardent takes some beating I've heard. Not long been back in to R/C but can't wait to get a trip over there smile

Hi guys,
I represent MOTO ARENA SILVERSTONE,
just to let you know, we have 3 tracks, our outdoor nitro circuit is 70m long, our indoor circuit is 1000 sqm and Tarmac.
We also have a fantastic off road bashing area, not quite big enough for international events but great for clubs and general carnage. Being next to the real circuit, there is no problem with noise, basically you bring it we have the tracks, this is the best rc facility on the planet, we also have slot cars, simulators, miniz tracks, cafe' and a great shop.

Please see www.moto-arena.co.uk

hope to see you!!
