Well I'm calling this finished.

Still need to do a better blurred prop.

Paints used

Tamiya XF 1,2 81,82,83,71

Extras Quickboost exhausts nice but were 2 mm short

and Almark Special 25th Decal Sheet (excellent sheet, didn't add all the available stencils
but the roundel colours look very accurate..

Finally I would like to thank whoever it was that suggested the Tempest as a subject, Eric or Dr_GN ?. I have certainly increased my knowledge of this aircraft and the full role it played during WW2.

Looks really good to me, nice display.

BTW It wasn't me who suggested the Tempest.

That looks lovely

The decal sheet is fabulous isnt it

When I do a Tempest (it will happen one day) I'll use that

It IS the one celebrating Mac Kennaugh isn't it?

(I owe him one)

The stand makes it "right" with the flying bomb, simply looks right

A very good looking display

nice one

Very very nice. I can almost hear the roar of that Napier Sabre.
